Steam Deck De Valve is much bigger than you would expect

Valve Left Me Unsupervised: Steam Deck Hardware Review
The next Steam Deck platform of Valve is drastically larger than expected. For the most part, many portable platforms such as Nintendo Switch, PlayStation Vita or even Game Boy have been relatively small in stature and tend to fit well in the hands. However, according to the new images of Steam Deck that have now arisen, it seems that Valve ended up creating one of the larger portable game platforms we have ever seen.

Recently shared on social networks by YouTuber Cary Golomb, now several different images of Steam Deck have been shown. Golomb opted to compare the size of Steam Deck with many other portable platforms that have been released over the years. In short, Steam Deck is drastically greater than everything. And although the size of Steam Deck may make sense given that it should be powerful enough to run PC games, see it sitting next to a switch and essentially dwarfing the Nintendo platform is something that surely many people did not expect.

This great stature of Steam Deck has led some fanatics to wonder if the platform will be comfortable to use. After all, if it is too cumbersome, it can be more a task to hold on your hands and play for a prolonged period of time. While we will not know with certainty how it feels like to use Steam Deck, fortunately, we will not have to wait much more to see the device in action.

Valve has confirmed that Steam Deck will be officially launched at the end of this month on February 25. On this date, Valve will begin sending order confirmations to those who have previously reserved an early order for the platform. Once this order is completed, customers will be able to end their purchase process and should see Steam Deck Shipping shortly after.

How do you feel about the size of Steam Deck after seeing these new comparison images? Is this handheld that will look for buying for you in the future? Let me know in the comments or contact me on Twitter in @ Mooreman12.
