Marvel’s Avengers has its claws outside in the war for the band

If you paid attention to Crystal Dynamics and their plan for Marvel’s Avengers, you may remember that Black Panther should be revealed much earlier, but was dismissed in favor of Hawkeye back to back characters. Black Panther is finally on the way. Still a few months before the players can put on the vibranium costume and the claws. The 2018 Black Panther film is undoubtedly one of the most successful films in the MCU and the fans will certainly see similarities in the trailer of War For Wakanda Square Enix which has just been released.

Marvel's Avengers: Operation Taking Aim - Little Hits
In this trailer, we see T’Challa in the role of Black Panther, her sister of genius Shuri, the Dora Milaje (and that we can suppose to be Okoye) and the sworn enemy of Black Panther, Ulysses Klaw. Like the film, Klaw seeks to steal the most precious resource of Wakanda vibranium, although this time, he has associated himself with AIM. Black Panther will also team up with allies. This is where the Avengers come into play. It seems that there will be a new outpost in Wakanda that players will be able to visit, as well as a new biome to fight Aim. So far, all enemies have been variants of the enemies of the basic game, but in this trailer, we see AIM spider robots. Hopefully, different enemies will appear in the future.

The previous extensions of Marvel’s Avengers were built towards a broader story concerning a Kree invasion in the future. Although War For Wakanda does not necessarily have to advance this story, it will be interesting to see where it leads. War For Wakanda will be released in August, at no cost for the owners of the game. Marvel’s Avengers is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S and Stadia.
